Pricing approach

Clear scope first. A fee that reflects the work.

GDPC does not use a tailored price list. A useful accounting fee begins with a clear picture of your books, reporting needs and the work required to support your corporation well.

Fixed-fee thinking

A proposal should make the relationship easier to understand.

The fee reflects the actual work required, not an arbitrary package. For ongoing bookkeeping, GDPC scopes a recurring monthly fee after reviewing the rhythm and complexity of your business.

01

Monthly bookkeeping

Transaction volume, number of accounts, payroll, GST and the reporting cadence you need.

02

Year end statements

The condition of the books, the engagement level and the information needed to complete the year.

03

Corporate tax

Current and prior year circumstances, planning needs and the relationship to the year end statements.

04

Assurance & projects

Lender requirements, timing, records and the work required for a review engagement or special project.

A useful starting point

Bring three months of bank activity. We’ll build the conversation from there.

When it is appropriate, GDPC will ask for recent bank activity and the prior year’s financial statements to understand the work and prepare a thoughtful proposal.
