1. Acceptance and purpose
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. The website provides general information about GDPC and its services. It is designed to help visitors decide whether to begin a conversation with the firm.
2. No client relationship or professional advice
Viewing the website, downloading a resource, sending an enquiry or participating in an initial conversation does not create a client, accountant client, fiduciary or other professional relationship with GDPC. Professional services begin only when GDPC accepts an engagement and the relevant engagement terms are agreed in writing.
Tax laws, filing dates, accounting standards and business facts can change. Obtain advice from GDPC or another qualified advisor before acting on information from this website.
3. Professional identity and public information
GDPC presents its firm name, professional designations and service information in good faith. The website is not a promise that every service is available to every visitor, that an engagement will be accepted, or that a particular outcome will be achieved. Service availability, scope, timing and fees are confirmed through the engagement process.
4. Confidentiality and secure communication
Please do not submit sensitive financial information or identity documents through a general website form, ordinary email link or social platform. Until GDPC confirms an engagement and a secure exchange process, information sent through ordinary website channels may not be appropriate for confidential client documents.
5. Third party resources
GDPC may link to external resources, including government agencies, map providers, scheduling providers and professional resources. These links are provided for convenience. GDPC does not control, endorse or guarantee third party content, availability, security or privacy practices.
